2. Rated life: refers to the running distance of a batch of the same products, under the same conditions and rated load, 90% of which have not been peeled off.
3. Rated load: refers to the highest load when 90% of the raceway surfaces of a batch of linear guides with the same specifications do not produce fatigue damage after running under the condition of equal load direction and size, and the accuracy of linear guides will be affected if the load is too large or too small.
4. Accuracy grade of linear guide rail: it can be divided into five types: ordinary grade, advanced grade, precision grade, ultra-precision grade and ultra-high precision grade. You can choose according to your actual situation.
5. Basic static rated load of linear guide rail: refers to the static load with a certain direction and size when the total permanent deformation between the rolling body and the rolling surface reaches one ten thousandth of the diameter of the rolling body when the maximum force is generated at the contact surface, so the load on the linear guide rail during operation cannot exceed the rated static load.
